2.Information We Do NOT Collect

When you conduct searches on DomainChecker.app:

• No Search Query Databases: Your keystrokes and queries are streamed through volatile memory to DNS resolvers and discarded immediately after responses are flushed.
• No User Account Mandate: You do not need to register an account, sign in, or provide personal identity data to use DomainChecker.app.
• No IP-to-Query Correlation: We do not log which IP address searched for which specific domain name.
• No Cross-Site Ad Tracking: We do not embed surveillance spyware or sell consumer profile data to data brokers.

3.Information Stored Locally in Your Browser

DomainChecker.app offers convenience features such as saving domain bookmarks to your “Saved Domains” drawer and toggling between Dark and Light mode.

These records are saved strictly inside your browser’s HTML5 `localStorage` on your local device. This data never touches our remote servers. If you clear your browser cookies or site data, this local portfolio will be reset.

4.Technical Diagnostics & Network Protection

Like any web service operating distributed edge infrastructure, our web servers and content delivery networks (CDNs) temporarily record ephemeral technical telemetry (such as timestamp, HTTP response status, user-agent string, and truncated IP) for the sole purpose of DDoS mitigation, anti-scraping enforcement, and DNS latency benchmarking. These operational logs are rotated and deleted automatically.

5.Outbound Links to Third-Party Registrars

When you click on an action button (e.g. “Available”, “Taken”, or “Premium”) to register or view a domain on an external registrar (such as Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy, or Sedo), you leave DomainChecker.app. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, tracking policies, or cookies employed by external registrar platforms. We encourage you to review their respective privacy notices upon landing.

6.Global Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

Because DomainChecker.app operates on a zero-account, zero-query-logging model, we do not maintain identifiable personal data profiles for searchers. However, to the extent any communication data is submitted voluntarily via our contact channels, you retain the legal right to request access, rectification, or deletion of that correspondence under GDPR, UK-GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

7.Data Encryption in Transit
