1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing DomainChecker.app (the “Service”), accessible at domainchecker.app and related subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). The Service is owned, developed, and maintained by Wordkraft AI LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), founded by Samson Onnapuram. If you do not agree to these Terms, please immediately refrain from using the Service.

2.Nature of the Service & Non-Registrar Status

DomainChecker.app functions as a real-time informational search engine, discovery engine, and registrar comparison tool. DomainChecker.app and Wordkraft AI LLP are not an ICANN-accredited domain registrar. We do not directly sell, issue, register, or take legal custody of domain name registrations.

All domain purchases, renewals, transfers, and DNS zone hostings are executed through third-party ICANN-accredited registrars (such as Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy, Porkbun, Dynadot, and NameSilo) or aftermarket marketplace brokerages (such as Sedo, Dan.com, and Afternic). Your relationship regarding domain ownership is strictly governed by the respective registrar’s registration agreement.

3.Pricing Accuracy & Registrar Affiliate Disclosure

Pricing displayed across DomainChecker.app represents estimated retail and wholesale fees gathered from publicly available registrar rate schedules, promotion tables, and registry wholesale tiers. While we update these figures frequently, actual checkout pricing, taxes, currency exchange fluctuations, ICANN transaction fees ($0.18/yr), and renewal rates are set solely by your chosen registrar at checkout.

Some outbound links to domain registrars may contain affiliate referral tracking parameters. If you choose to complete a domain purchase after clicking an outbound link, Wordkraft AI LLP may receive a nominal affiliate referral commission at no additional cost to you.

4.Acceptable Use & Anti-Abuse Standards

You agree to use DomainChecker.app solely for lawful personal and commercial domain ideation. You agree not to:

• Deploy unauthorized automated scrapers, bot fleets, or high-concurrency crawlers against our streaming NDJSON search endpoints.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or stage denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our authoritative recursive DNS resolvers.
• Circumvent or tamper with rate limiting or client-side caching headers.
• Use the platform to discover domains for the sole purpose of abusive cybersquatting, phishing, or malware distribution.

5.Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All proprietary algorithms, domain hack generators, UI design patterns, visual styling, trademarks, logos, and software code constituting DomainChecker.app are the intellectual property of Wordkraft AI LLP.

Trademark Warning: The fact that a domain name shows an “Available” status does not imply that the name is free from trademark infringement, copyright claims, or trade name rights held by third parties. You are solely responsible for conducting independent trademark clearance through official registries (such as the USPTO, EUIPO, or WIPO) prior to purchasing a domain name.

6.Disclaimer of Warranties (“As-Is”)

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Due to the decentralized nature of the global Domain Name System (DNS), registration status can change in microseconds. We do not guarantee that a domain reported as available will remain available at the exact millisecond you complete checkout at a registrar.

7.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wordkraft AI LLP, its partners, and its founder Samson Onnapuram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, domain registration disputes, lost business opportunities, or registrar pricing adjustments.
